Janathon - Day 1


The rules of Janathon are pretty simple :
Run or do some form of exercise every day.
Blog about it within 24 hours.
Not sure how well I will do as I'm recovering from a foot injury but I'm going to give it a try!
Today - my Mum's first parkrun :-). Mum has recently started c25k to do Silverstone half marathon with me in March - I'm really looking forward to it.
